Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events.

For Stock Items Only:

United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of World: 7-14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For Orders Fulfilled by Our Partners:

You will be given an estimated delivery time when you order.
To reduce waste, many of out items are made to order. This may take a little longer than you are used to.
Customs delays, war and "acts of god" are outside our control and may cause unexpected delays to your order.
You are liable to pay any VAT or customs duties that may be due when you receive your items. It is your responsibility to check if orders might be subject to VAT customs duties before you order and we cannot be held responsible if you incur these duties.
